William Quinn is an American character actor best known for numerous roles in movies through the Sixties and on 70s TV shows. He is possibly best known as Mr. Van Ranseleer, the blind man befriended by Archie Bunker on "All In The Family" and it spin-off, "Archie Bunker's Place."
